Our Contract With You
From the beginning, we designed BARC Connects to be a different kind of Internet service provider. First off, our sole focus is on providing a superior customer experience. Nothing will ever be more important to us than your satisfaction with our service.
We want to share with you a 10-point “contract” that will hold us accountable to providing the superior customer experience we demand of ourselves. We expect you to call us out on it if we are ever not honoring our commitment.
We will strive to always:
1. Schedule reasonable appointment windows for installation, and communicate with you if we are running behind.
2. Deliver you the actual Internet speeds you ordered.
3. Be courteous and respectful of your home and property.
4. Enable you to quickly reach a live person for help, never subjecting you to “phone tree hell.”
5. Be accessible at all levels of the organization, including Gary Sickler, BARC Connects’ GM, Howard Rogers, our Director of Sales, and of course Mike Keyser, our CEO. We are at your service around the clock.
6. Be your expert resource for Internet-related questions. Our BARC Connects staff are experienced industry leaders, all of whom are passionate about delivering you a better customer experience than you’ve ever received before.
7. Offer straightforward and fair pricing. We don’t believe in low introductory offers and “gotcha” increases, and we’ll never make you call us annually or semi-annually to renegotiate lower rates. And we’ll always be transparent with you when price increases occur and explain the reasons behind them.
8. Employ U.S.-based telephone support staff.
9. Respond promptly to service interruptions and communicate them to you.
10. And lastly, we promise to strive every day to earn your trust, to earn the right to your business, and to earn the right to keep you as a customer.
We have personally observed the apathy of other Internet service providers, and experienced the deteriorating service quality in our area. We can’t wait to connect your high-speed fiber service and welcome you to an entirely new kind of customer experience.
